    Dana Cooper: Acclaimed Singer/Songwriter

    Nashville-based acclaimed singer/songwriter Dana Cooper is a poetic songwriter, an insightful storyteller, and a rousing musician whose performances engage and inspire audiences around the world. Central to Cooper's unique artistry is his ability to connect with audiences through his authentic stories, sense of humor, and warm stage presence.

    His vast career started with his first self-titled release on Elektra Records in the 70s. The studio band featured legendary players "The Section" with Leland Sklar and Russ Kunkel AKA "The Immediate Family." In the late 70s, Dana moved to Texas to join a band with Shake Russell, releasing several albums together and performing on Austin City Limits. His move to Nashville led to collaborations with several established artists, including Kim Carnes (Betty Davis Eyes), Don Henry, Hal Ketchum, Kim Richey, Tom Kimmel, and more.
