Adam Carolla (9:45 Show)

ADAM CAROLLA is best known as a comedian, actor, radio personality, television host, and New York Times best-selling author. He currently hosts THE ADAM CAROLLA SHOW, which holds the Guinness World Record for the “most downloaded podcast.”
Launching from his home office in February 2009, THE ADAM CAROLLA SHOW quickly exploded into a cultural phenomenon. Today, it racks up more than 30 million downloads every month and has been spotlighted in Fast Company, Entrepreneur, The New York Times, and The Los Angeles Times.
Adam first became a New York Times best-selling author with In 50 Years We’ll All Be Chicks, which dominated the charts for ten weeks. The audiobook shot to #1 on iTunes. He followed it with two more best-sellers: Not Taco Bell Material and President Me.
Adam’s career began with the nationally syndicated radio program LOVELINE alongside Dr. Drew Pinsky. MTV later adapted it into a hit TV show co-hosted by Adam and Dr. Drew for five seasons (1996–2000).
With Daniel Kellison and Jimmy Kimmel, Adam co-created and starred in Comedy Central staples The Man Show (1999–2003) and Crank Yankers (2002–2005). He also co-wrote, produced, and starred in two feature films: The Hammer (2007) and Road Hard (2015), the latter a crowd-funded success raising over $1 million in just one month.
Through his company Chassy Media, Adam has produced acclaimed documentaries, including Winning: The Racing Life of Paul Newman, Uppity: The Willy T. Ribbs Story, and The 24 Hour War—an in-depth look at the legendary 1960s rivalry between Ford and Ferrari at Le Mans.
In 2019, Adam launched his touring show “Adam Carolla Is Unprepared”, an unpredictable comedy experience where he improvises a brand-new stand-up set nightly—built entirely from one-word audience suggestions pulled at random.
